- Topical anaesthetic available if needed.

This largely depends on the test ordered, some take a day, some can take several days. Your specially trained paediatric collection team can provide an indication.
Do I need a referral to attend a pathology collection centre?
Yes, a request form from the GP with requested tests is required. The collection team do not order the tests. Kids blood tests in Perth require a referral in the same way adults do.
Do you have to go to a specific pathology centre?
What diseases cannot be detected?
Every patient is different, so it is not that simple. Your GP will gain a relevant history, interpret examination findings, then move to pathology testing if necessary.
Once put together, this contributes to making a diagnosis. If your family does not have a local GP, Kinkaya’s GP is taking new patients.
