We have plenty of free on-site parking.

The closest bus stops on Scarborough Beach Road are 12567 coming from the beach and 11463 coming from east.

Walk in hours 8am to 10pm, every day except Christmas Day.

Making a Complaint

If you have a concern you would like us to look into more closely, you can make a complaint by contacting us in writing or by phone. We promise to:

  1. listen to your concern,

  2. review the matter respectfully, and

  3. work with you to find a reasonable way forward.

We will address any concerns in a fair and timely way.

If you feel your concern has not been resolved by Kinkaya, you can contact an external, independent complaints body such as the Health and Disability Services Complaints Office (HaDSCO) in Western Australia.

All feedback and complaints are handled confidentially and will not affect your future care with us.
